Vintage inspired Thursday

Well I've come to the conclusion that my children were given to me to keep me humble.....
The other day in conversation with the girls it went something like this.
( keep in mind that both my girls think that their Daddy is the handsomest man on the planet)
Angel: Mama? I often wondered what Daddy saw in you to marry you? ( ouch!)
Katherine: chimes in, I'll tell you what it was, it was.... (pragmatic pause) COM-PASSION!
Well I just about lost it. I don't think I've laughed so hard in a while!
So today I bring to you some compassion! I think we all need that!
